Garretson's Sport Center is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return the unused product, please follow these guidelines:

• No Returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).
• Buyer has 15 days from the date of purchase to contact Garretson's Sport Center for refunds and obtain an R.A.N.
• To obtain an R.A.N. please e-mail orders@garretson-sports.com.
• All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
• All items must be returned, unused and in re-sellable condition. If an item has been used, it will not be accepted for refund.
• Return in original packaging (whenever possible) with all parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
• All return shipments must be insured for the full value to guarantee prior credit in the event that the shipment is lost.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not accept COD deliveries.
• All refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product. Garretson's Sport Center, at its discretion will then issue a full or partial refund.
• All refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase less the original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
